Guiding & Inspection
Ensuring proper conditions throughout the supply chain
Conducting Inspections and Guidance
To ensure an effective and smooth process, inspections are carried out in the following steps:
Planning
- In close collaboration with the company, the projects to be spot-checked are identified. The company submits a list of relevant subcontractors with their contact information.
-
Contact
- CAC contacts the designated contact persons at the subcontractors to schedule inspections at times when employees are present at the workplace.
-
Inspection and Guidance
- The inspections are carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and contractual clauses.
-
Obtaining Documentation
- CAC obtains the necessary documentation for the employees included in the spot check.
-
Reporting and Analysis
- CAC prepares a report for each subcontractor covered by the inspection. The report concludes whether the subcontractor complies with the applicable clause agreements and contractual obligations.
-
Risk Assessment
- Based on the inspections, CAC prepares a risk assessment that analyzes the collected data and observations.
Purpose
The purpose of the risk assessment is to provide the company with a solid and fact-based decision-making basis for a possible continued collaboration with the subcontractors.
